Coffee is not just for alertness. Studies have shown that coffee may also help enhance physical performance by boosting your capability and improving your stamina1.

A possible weight management aid

Coffee by itself is a low-calorie drink. Plain black coffee, made with 2 grams of coffee powder, without any sugar or creamer added, contains less that 7 kcal. It gets better – there are suggestions that coffee can help weight management.

Possibly protects from certain diseases
