Flambéed strawberries

  • Wash 1 punnet of strawberries, cut tops off and halve.
  • Pre-heat a large, non-stick frying pan.
  • Add 2 Tbsp (30ml) butter and strawberries and sauté for 1 min (stirring).
  • Add 50 ml brandy and allow to flambé for 20 secs.
  • Pour 1 can (340g) Nestlé Caramel Sauce over the strawberries in the pan, stir gently for 30 secs and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with scoops of your favourite Nestlé Country Fresh Ice Cream
