Mango lassi

Instructions

  • Peel and seed 2 large mangos, roughly chopped into (3 cm x 3 cm) pieces.
  • Add 300 ml plain yoghurt with the mango into a food processor and blend until well-mixed.
  • Place in freezer for 1 ½ hours.
  • Remove from freezer and gently stir in 1 can (340g) Nestlé Caramel Sauce.
  • Serve in glass tumblers or martini glasses as a summer dessert.
